Wolves are cliche, yes, and often used because, particually in anime, wolves are the steriotypical 'cool' animal. I can say this because I have some wolf characters myself.

I have a demon, several vampires, and a dragon. I also have Gryphons, Mermaids, Sharks, Fish, Faeries, Pixies, Cows, Werewolves, Seagulls, Birds of all sorts, Cobras, Lizards, and Wryths. Why? Because I CAN. I'm also working on some twin Angler Fishies. I love Angler Fishies. CB

People have 3 characters in a team because it's traditional to have fly, speed, and power. Some people do have more, but when they do, they almost always fail epically.

Well 2 people in a team is too little and 4 in a team is too big. probaly because there were only 3 members in a team in the game Sonic heroes. :)

Well all my characters I have a Beaver, Flying Squirrel, Cat, Fox, And 2 Wolves You NEVER see a beaver on this club do ya? And a flying squirrel is rare as well. 3 of my characters are in the pic the one in the middle is Rihanna the flying squirrel, the one leaning on rihannas tail is Olivia the fox, the blue cat is Aki the cat

I have many demons, angels, and just wierd things I made up in my sick little mind. Also, I see so many vampires and it gets anoying (and my best friends character is a vamphedgie too). I agree, there are so many hedgehogs but I mean what did you expect? SONIC is a hedgehog and a hereo, most people want to be a hereo wich I don't really understand. And if they're not a heroe-hedgie, then evil, because of Shadow, is also a hedgehog... AND, if that wasn't enough, being a bat thing doesn't auto-maticly make you sexy, hot, cute, OR a slut. Now make me a samich...
