Does this Base look bad?

I don't see anything wrong with it, except maybe the left arm looks like it's coming through the leg. (on the right. Her left, our right)
Looks like a shy base, or possibly useable for depressed. I think someone might say the legs and feet are a little funny, 'cause it's only rounded off. But i like lt.
