Sonic Fan Characters Question

Can you do... INVADER ZIM THE HEDGEHOG?!?!

He has quills that point up like Shadow, green fur like scourge, and if anyone knows what ZIM's shirt looks like, You know it's pink with thin stripes. Well Zim the Hedgehog has a red jaket exactly like that and its bigger. He also has a PAK life support system like regular ZIM. He has magenta stripes on his head and he has red eyes. He is as tall as Sonic ( Nowadays Sonic.)He as long black lab gloves unlike the regular white. He has teeth like Scourge's. Also like Shadow he has thin magenta lines in the top corners of his eyes. And finally, he has big boots that have buckles to tighten them. That's all! Can you make it? Whoever does it the best wins!
