I'm wanting a fan char but I'm so crap at drawing. Can anyone help?

Age: 18
Species: Bat
Color: Black and white
Powers: Lightning, speed, can fly and is strong
Weapons: Sword in his belt

I don't kn0w what clothing he should wear, you can make it up T_T
