Is your character Good or Evil? Like the backstory, how they act and also if they have a good and bad relative

Most of my characters are neutral, because I belive that everything is connected, and through these connections is similarilties through commonly sought opposites. For example, in evil there is some good, and in good there is some evil.
So... Yeah... Neutral. They just do what they think is right. Of course, they do lean to certain sides...
Like, NO WAY can you picture Ningizzida as anything else than a funny, naive, moronic guy with a good heart. ^^ He's just SO not evil material...

Or they'll just attack the 'bad guys' because they got in their territory. Just like they would fight against the 'good guys' if they did the same..
But hell, sometimes you can't just say that these are the 'good ones' and these the 'bad guys'..
For example if the 'Bad dude' comes and kills ppl of a village that may be just because those ppl quashed him and his people/men/race. In other words, they want the same rights, want freedom. Then the 'good guys' come and kill them, even if their desires were just normal.
If you were on the 'bad side' then, the 'good guys' would be the 'bad ones', right?
