Chapter 1
“Where am I?” Wolfe thought to himself. Wolfe had just opened his eyes as he felt an odd sensation coming from his stomach area. He tried to get up, but simply couldn’t. He kept trying and trying, but couldn’t.
“Why can’t I get up????” Wolfe asked himself worriedly. Wolfe knew that he could be an easy target to someone who wanted to get him. He then tried using his arms, but he couldn’t do that either.
“My arms...what happened?” Wolfe moved his head to see his arms. He gasped as he saw why he couldn’t move. He was inflated like a balloon!
Suddenly, Wolfe heard a nice whistling noise coming from the north. He saw a fox girl walking on two legs!
“Should I ask for help?” Wolfe asked himself as he tried not to move.
The fox girl looked around and then went back to walking and humming. Wolfe decided to try to move as he thought he was safe from danger. He lifted himself up but stepped on a branch as he did.
“Who’s there?!!!!” The fox girl asked loudly. Wolfe then tripped and landed on his inflated belly again.
“Ummmm...hi?” Wolfe asked timidly.
“I am Fox, what is your name?” Fox asked Wolfe.
“I’m Wolfe, Nick Wolfe!” Wolfe responded happily. Fox walked up to Wolfe carefully and gasped as she saw Wolfe’s inflated body.
“What happened to you?” Fox questioned Wolfe.
“I...uh...actually don’t know” Wolfe answered calmly, causing him to blush.
“Well...what are you doing here in the Valley?” Fox interrogated Wolfe.
“I don’t know. I woke up inflated, and then you found me in the middle of this forest” Wolfe responded. Wolfe then tried to get up again, but couldn’t.
“Would you like some help?” Fox asked Wolfe.
“Yes, please” Wolfe responded quietly. Fox then got behind Wolfe and pushed him up so he was on his feet. Wolfe then tried to move his legs, and was able to move slightly.
“Thank you...I can move again” Wolfe thanked Fox as he waddled a little but tripped and fell on his inflated belly.
“Do you need a place to stay?” Fox asked Wolfe.
“Yeah...since I can’t really move myself, would you be so kind to roll me there?” Wolfe thanked Fox.
“Of course! It’ll be a good workout too!” Fox said as she started to roll Wolfe away.
A few hours later, they had reached the Dojo in the Valley. Skunk, Rabbit, and Panda were patiently waiting.
“What took you so long???” Rabbit asked Fox impatiently. Rabbit then looked up and saw Wolfe.
“Yeah...it’s a long story...” Wolfe told Rabbit.
“Where did you get that balloon?” Rabbit asked Fox.
“He’s not a balloon!” Fox responded, annoyed.
“I’m Nick, Nick Wolfe” Wolfe told them. Skunk walked up to Wolfe and poked his inflated body.
“Your so rubbery! Like a real balloon!” Skunk giggled as Panda walked up to Wolfe. Panda then stuck his fingers into Wolfe’s inflated body.
“From what I can tell, you are inflated with some sort of liquid or gel...” Panda told Wolfe.
“A liquid? Like what?” Wolfe asked Panda.
“Maybe like...water?” Panda answered Wolfe.
“Water? How did get there...” Wolfe thought to himself.
“So Wolfe, how did you get here?” Rabbit asked Wolfe.
Suddenly, loud bangs could be heard a little ways away.
“What the heck was that?!!” Skunk exclaimed.
“I do not know...I think it came from the bamboo nursery...” Fox said. Then Fox, Rabbit, and Skunk’s eyes widened.
“What’s wrong you guys?” Wolfe asked the group.
“That’s where the babies are! We have to hurry!” Fox said in a serious tone.
“I’ll go too!” Wolfe said as he wobbled on his inflated belly.
“I can’t let you go, you will get hurt or captured!” Fox yelled at Wolfe.
“But I can fight too!” Wolfe said as he pulled out a red jewel from his pocket.
“Whoa! What’s that?” Skunk asked.
“It’s called a Fire Gem” Wolfe answered as he clutched it in his hand. Then a large amount of fire surrounded him, as he changed into his fire form.
“Wow! That’s so amazing!” Fox thought to herself.
“This is my fire mode, Flame Wolfe!” Wolfe told them.
A couple of minutes later, they had reached reached their destination. When they got there they saw a man who kind of looked like Wolfe.
“Who’s that guy?” Rabbit asked Wolfe.
“He kind of looks like you...” Skunk concurred as the man glared at him.
“That’s...Coyote!” Wolfe said as he rushed toward him.
“Wolfe! What a pleasant surprise!” Coyote said as he blasted a sphere at dark energy.
