Sherlock

Sherlock Question
Three questions about Mary Watson and Janine:
1) Sherlock keeps telling John how Mary actually saved him with this "surgery" shot that was enough to hospitalise him but not enough to kill him. However, we get to see that this was not the case. It was massive internal bleeding and Sherlock DID die - his heart stopped beating, the doctors gave up and those last seconds that his brain was still working, Sherlock managed to force himself back to life, to the doctors' disbelief. Had Sherlock not had such a powerful mind and a desperate yearn to live (for John), he 'd be a dead man. This is what I get from this scene. Do you agree? If so, do you think Sherlock knows the truth and tries to protect John and the baby by pretending he trusts Mary or she really managed to deceive him?
2) Also, when Mary meets Sherlock after shooting him, instead of throwing herself to his feet and explaining why she did it, she is really aggressive and she loads a gun against him once again ("how badly do you want to find out?") She softens only when she realizes John is watching them. This makes me believe she doesn't care about Sherlock's life or anyone's life but John. How come Sherlock can't see that?
3) When Sherlock broke into Magnussen's office, apparently he was informed by Janine that her boss wouldn't be there. Did Magnussen suddenly change his plans or Janine lied? And since Janine knew Magnussen was there, why did she let Sherlock in? I'm not sure how much Magnussen would enjoy Sherock's proposal to his PA inside his very much guarded office... Then, how much of a coincidence it is that Mary also chose this day to kill Magnussen? And how did she pass all the 14 guard levels? Did she climb up there like Spiderman or did Janine let her in??? Sorry for these looong questions, but really, what do you think?
