Cece gets her stuff from her clothes designer! But u mite b able to get simaler clothes from: forever21, ambercrombie, wetseal, justice, and lots of other stores at the mall! If you want to no how to dress like her here it Is Cece wears lots colors and likes to mix it up. She wears boots, converse, hightops, shorts, skinny jeans,lot of layered shirt and necklaces, vest and more. normall she wears skinny jeans and wateva type of shoe(normally boots or hightops) and for the shirts maybe a jean vest, lots of layer and more hope I helped

well actually she doesn't really buy them. The show has clothes made for cece and rocky. That's why you might see clothes that look like cece and rocky wore them but in truth it's not the *exact* clothes from the show, though, You can dress like cece by wearing bright bold patterns, lots of colorful outfits, but not too girly and have it spiced up with a bit of spice and punk/rocker style. If your looking to find rocky's clothes then i suggest wearing more softer colors and flowery clothes, such as cute flats , and rocky will wear dr.martins sometimes with her outfit so lots of boots and make sure you wear a lot of skirts and skinny jeans. If you have ever noticed on the shows, that the two girls never wear any other type of jeans other than skinny. hope this helped at least a bit. (:

they may buy shoes and accessories online but i think that when cece said she bought her clothes online, it was just a part of the script, they do however now have their own line of clothes, but its for girls, not juniors :( just look around and do some research on their outfits and you can find some things. if you want to find clothes like theirs for cheap prices then go to rue21, like i mean actually go to the store at your mall and go into the back and they have this huge section of 5-10 dollar shirts that normally are like 20-30 dollars. or go to Debs, hot-topic(for suspenders if you prefer ceces style and accessories), forever21, pac sun, and pretty much a lot of stores....
the famous Cece paint splatter shoes are custom. but you could get a cheap pair of boots, paint yellow, add paint splatters and and studs and you have Cece boots!!! link
