Through their ups and downs, Steve & Miranda still remain, in my opinion, the best couple on this story! Of course, nothing tops their S6 fairytale season and nothing's worse than their AJLT storyline.

AJLT S1

SatC (2008) felt so out of character for Steve. He was madly in love with Miranda, and I think he would never cheat on Miranda. Ever.

And don't even get me started with AJLT

^ That's a little bit too Hollywood rom-com thinking for a SatC fan if you ask me. He didn't murder her. He slept with another woman, felt bad about it, and was honest about it to her.

Plus, he was madly in love with her in the series, but the film took place 4 years later. The spark always leaves. What's important is two people who love each other remain honest and try their best.
