Do you already have an account on wetpaint? If so, all you need to do is click "sign up" and sign in with your username and password. Then you can click "Join Now". That should work. If however, you want to create a new account with a different username, you can not use the same e-mail address twice. If you just want to join my site with the username you already have, just click "Sign in" . Hope that helps:)
