Honestly, if you're not someone that she already knows (her good friend or just a colleague) or someone that she's likely to get to know, there isn't a big chance she'll go out with you... also, even if you do get her to go out with you/become your girlfriend/etc, you have to remember she still remains a celebrity and there are millions of people like you and me that dream about her.
