i was waching that 70's show and the one episode when the bouncer wouldnt let the gang into the disco club..well the bouncer is the janitor or niel flynn

On a side note, seeing as he was credited as Neil Flynn in The Fugitive, does that mean it's his name in Scrubs?

Many actors have pseudonyms (You think my name is really Cecily? I wish!) so even though Janitor in The Fugitive is credited as "Neil Flynn" is doesn't mean that that is his name. Particularly if he goes around calling himself Nigel, Klause and Efrem...

Yeah, stage names, but I want his name dagnabit ¬_¬

In one episode one of the workers calls him "Tom".
