How about this:

1. JD proclaims his love for Elliott to make Kim feel even more awful.

2. Kim says all she can say is sorry for not telling JD about the baby.

3. Elliott feels terrible for JD and Kim. She goes nuts and breaks it off with Keith.

4. Carla is pissed off with JD for what he's doing. Turk stands up for him - they fight.

5. Dr Cox realises he's the only one in a happy relationship - which freaks him out. He runs away from Jordan.

6. We get interesting lead-ins to seasons 7-10

Love it! especally the Dr. Cox thing. That is so what he would do, but if you think Scrubs will be going 10 seasons sorry, the network, and the cast are only interested in one more season.

I think they will do something stupid to try and keep the suspense going until next season.

I'm thinking he will spend the entire episode trying to avoid answering either one of them, but his inner monologue will reveal that he's decided between the two of them but we won't know who. Then season 6 will end.
