I am looking everywhere for a dvd or video of SNL Season 21: Episode 9 - can anyone help me?

There was never a release of that particular season on DVD. If you have Netflix, you can stream it from them, but they do not have the DVD. You must have a computer that will work for streaming. The requirements are:
* Windows
o Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Vista or Windows 7
o Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; or Firefox 3 or higher; or Chrome 7 or higher
o 1.2 GHz processor
o 512 MB RAM
* Mac
o An Intel-based Mac with OS 10.4.11 or later
o Safari 3 or higher; or Firefox 3 or higher
o 1 GB RAM

High speed internet is also recommended. If you have a compatible device that is hooked up to the Internet, such as a Wii, PS3, or X-box, you can also watch instantly there. There's lots of free trial offers, but you will need to give your credit card information even if you cancel after the free trial is finished. (But don't Netflix is awesome to have, it's cheaper than most rental programs, about $9 a month for 1 DVD at a time plus unlimited streaming on certain movies and TV shows. I know I sound like a walking advertisement, but check it out.)
