Rachel wanted to watch the tape to prove Ross came on to her first and embarrass him. Ross DIDN'T want to watch the tape to protect Rachel from being embarrassed because she DID come on to him first. Their relationship is full of things like that where Ross tries to protect Rachel and she tries to show him up. posted over a year ago.
