I think Shampoo, but Nabiki is quite playful as well. And both can cause quite a bit of mischief, but its fun to watch.

Nabiki is really playful. Maybe a little too much. And she likes to pick a lot.

I like the pranks of Nabiki......even though it causes great trouble like the time Akane and Ranma had to pretend they are already married..

Nabiki does it on purpose, sometimes its mean, but other times its really funny.
The time when Ranma and Akane had to pretend they were married was one of my favorite.
Shampoo is sometimes playful, but I think the magic she uses is more like a serious offense then playful mischief. Nabiki likes money and sometimes she likes to pick on people like Ranma and her Sister, but Shampoo doesn't have the same intentions, and some of Shampoo's intentions sometimes seem darker than Nabiki.

Nabiki is really like me , I'm so playful and teasing and I can be the smartest one in my family and I also love money , I do some business with my family and friends
