I'm a sucker for blue eyes too!! I just Love Shinosuke's eyes! But I think both have a lot in common! Both are cute, love the same woman, and they both loose stuff!!! Ryoga looses his way and Shinosuke looses his memory.
Geez lets hope these two never have to team up, it's be almost as bad as the eternally lost Ryoga and Blind Mousse trying to find where they need to go. (shiver)
