unless forced I don't think any would really be able to completely become apart of his world the way Akane did. Akane really grabbed his attention and became tangled in his heart strings in ways he couldnt ignore.

Without her I don't think Ranma would've even stayed at the Tendo Dojo, he'd have no real purpose and the most important thing to him would consist of martial art and finding a cure.

If he could steal Kanna away form his look alike Kotaru maybe she might work. Kanna, from the anime where Genma became considered the lucky panda.

I don't really think Ranma could HOLD a relationship with the other girls. None seem right for him. Other than Akane that is.
Akane seemed to be the only reason ranma began to have a life BEYOND martial arts, so i don't think he'd have a reason to even get married then.

if akane didn't exist i don't even know if ranma would've met kodachi or ukyo because he probably would've left before meeting them. And ranma the reason ranma disarmed shampoo, which lead to him defeating her, was to protect akane. Without her I think ranma would just continue to be chased by shampoo while a girl, and advoid her when he's a guy, so i don't see how shampoo and ranma getting together would play out. I don't think he'd ever challenge shampoo in any way as a guy especially, unless he was protecting someone so she's definitely out and who knows if Ukyo would ever even catch up if ranma went back on the road in search for a cure. After all he'd have no reason to hang around. Kasumi doesn't like younger men and I doubt he'd be willing to put up with Nabiki's extortion's or taking pictures of his girl form and selling it. I'm not sure how it is in Japan, but her doing that in America would definitely be illegal.

If Akane didn't exist than Ranma meeting her doppelganger Kanna, would definitely put an interesting twist on things but otherwise I don't think settling down would really ever cross his mind.

i don't think he'd be happy with shampoo or ukyo either. think about it. they all want TOTALLY different things.
ranma and akane seem the only one who're compatible even if they fight, most the time they just don't want to be forced into a marriage this young.

coz ranma father know her father then they will say ho is better for you he will choose Nabiki and she will be the smallest one ^__^

Ukyo may have a good chance, but I don't think the marriage would work out even if Ranma did marry Ukyo. They have WAY different ideas about what they want in life, and I just don't think a marriage between them would last.

Ranma fell in love with Akane because she made a good impression on him and was nice at first. When Shampoo started hitting on Ranma he immediately realized that Shamoo is really cute. Something he didn't realize before because Shampoo made a bad impression on him. Ergo if Ranma hadn't fallen in love with Akane first he would have gotten together with Shampoo. Ranma is a bit like a duckling imprinting on the first person who acts nice towards him.
