Shampoo's more exotic in my opinion, but Ukyo has her charm.

Ukyo has her looks but,I still think shampoo is more beautiful......

Both are pretty, but I think I'm gonna have to say shampoo as well, but I guess it really depends of individual preference and what is seen as beautiful, but Shampoo has always been cute and I like the color of her hair and eyes. Like Ranma-chan and Akane's hair, I love that its not an ordinary hair color but something that really pops. Thought Ukyo can be quite lovely as well, esp. when wearing girl clothes instead of boy clothes.

I'd choose Shampoo if I was thinking of only outer appearances, although I sometimes find both shampoo and ukyo annying, but there are moments that, through some of her actions, I believe Ukyo might have a better heart.
I did think Shampoo was nicer in the anime than in the manga. In the manga that girl could be just selfish and a total bitch. But she was a little better later on in the manga....sometimes.

When Ukyo is just herself and not focusing on ranma, i like her

Ukyo-chan is beautiful but sometimes she focuses on Ranma-kun too much and she's most beautiful when she's just herself so I think Shampoo-san is more beautiful.

I'd say shampoo is the cutest. Both are beautiful, but shampoo has more of an exotic type beauty while uchan is very beautiful, but looks more like an average school girl. A beautiful one, but Shampoo's appearance would still draw more attention that ukyo's.
