Simple idea, really: one user posts a picture of a school uniform, and the next user rates it on a scale of 0-5, 0 being super undesirable and 5 being too epic to be bought at Wal-Mart. Then that same user post his/her own picture of a school uniform, and th next user does the same thing and yadda yadda yadda.
