The title says it all, really. So I just want to start this all off by apologizing to like..... The three of you that probably were reading this. Cultober II was something I had planned since last year. I reviewed 31 horror movies last year and really wanted to do the same this year. However, I don't have the same free time I did a year ago. With work and other projects being in the way, as well as playing indie games for In-Indie, I have no time to review 31 films. I had hoped that limiting it to 16 would help... and then I limited it to 10. And even then it wasn't going to do any good. So I am sorry to say this, but Cultober II is in fact cancelled. Article over, everyone go home.
HOWEVER!
While Cultober is dead and buried, I had other plans. As it turns out, I had plans for Cultober to go on for exactly six years. That's six Octobers... no shit. And I really did enjoy finding all those cult classic films. So I come to you all with something new. Something truly spooky. The Cult of Cinema. To adapt to my personal schedule, I will no longer save these reviews for Halloween. Instead, these will be a year around thing. That's six years worth of horror movies, 31 movies for each year. So by that math, that's like..... more than a dozen movies. Now I can't say when these reviews will come out, but I will guarantee that I am saving something truly special for Halloween this year. I never skip the Halloween season and this year will be no exception. So do expect a classic film to be discussed than. But, do stay tuned for a few reviews sprinkled here and there on classic cult films. As for what else I will be doing this month, probably more In-Indie, but I got a special NikPiks set up. That's right, Clerks will finally be getting that damn review. I've watched the movie three times now and got the notes set up, so expect my analysis to come out some time before the end of October. And that will just about do it for me..... I still don't know how to end articles........
