Why on earth did I stop last time.. Season 3 is friggin awesome.. I clearly wasn't patient enough last time..
PLOT:
Walter wishes to reunite his family, but Skyler is still suspicious of Walter's second life. Walter believes he can mend the tension between them by confessing to her that he has been producing meth. Skyler is appalled by the confession and demands a formal divorce. Meanwhile, Gus offers to pay Walter US$3M for three months of his service. He even offers to provide Walter with a state-of-the-art production facility and a brilliant lab assistant, Gale (David Costabile). Jesse is continuing to produce and sell meth by himself.
Hank is working with the DEA to investigate Jesse and is slowly gathering evidence to make an arrest. He survives an assassination attempt made by Tuco's twin cousins and manages to kill one of his assailants and critically injure the other, who later is assassinated by Mike in the hospital. Hank suffers critical wounds but survives.
Jesse threatens to report Walter to the police if he is arrested, but Walter offers him Gale's position at the lab. After obtaining the position, Jesse begins stealing meth from the lab and selling it in secret on the side. Jesse gets romantically involved with a woman he meets in his rehab group and learns her kid brother, age 11, was put up by Gus and his street dealers to kill Combo. Jesse decides to avenge Combo. Walter aids Jesse in escaping from Gus' wrath. Gus begins to lose trust in Walter and asks Gale to take over the lab. He orders his henchmen to kill Walter and Jesse. After he is abducted by the henchmen, Walter instructs Jesse over the phone to kill Gale in order to force Gus not to kill Walter (and, by extension, Jesse) lest he eliminate his only remaining trained chemist..
So.. Now for the review part.
POSITIVES:
#1: You start too LIKE Walt again.. He's sympathy now.. Least too me.
#2: Epic second half.. Fills my need for ultra-violence..
NEGATIVES:
#1: Somewhat of a boring start.
#2: ... I think that's it really.. Just the one..
Anyway.. About Saul.. Well I seen a few of BETTER CALL SAUL, and I knew enough, too know about him before hand.. But I didn't know the bold guy.. Not Walt.. The OTHER bold guy..
My brother, Cole, said the dude is a bad-ass.. And.. He didn't lie, I know that much.. And I remember seeing him HORRIBLE BOSSES 2, and the police leader, who's bad ass.. Guess he loves too be bad ass characters.
I don't have a lot too say about the twins, I like them. But hearing them talk kinda ruined it a little for me.. I like that they were always quite.. But oh well, didn't change much..
And the second thing Cole was right about, was Gus.. I never got too Gus being EVIL last time.. Gus was just the quite, mysterious soul, that Walt worked for..
But as I said.. This Gus guy like that Jonah guy from MONSTER..
He is always one step ahead.. Always.
He appears as just a normal guy, and even when you discover his true nature, he doesn't try too kill you wait than and there, he simply gives you that emotionless stare of his.. Not only that, but he tends too have other people deal with you instead, so that he himself doesn't leave any evidence that will lead back too him..
I know how he dies, I saw that part on youtube.. But he will be missed.. A good villain.

I just released an update stating that I would not include video games in the Turtle Sandwiches... then someone suggested a video game. So I started thinking once again and I came to the conclusion that saying video games were going to be part of it and then not having them be part of it was really annoying. Sorry for changing this and then immediately unchanging part of the change, but I'm fairly confident in this even newerly new setup, and hopeful that it will work permanently. So here is the new schedule that will not change:
Unfortunately, I have been caught up in other issues for the past week and there is thus no new Turtle Sandwich this week. But I am writing this to establish many things, seeing as although I didn't have much "doing stuff" time, I had plenty of time to think.
1. Despite delays individual to this week, I will have time in the future to make this work on a weekly basis, and so it will stay that way.
2. I have thought more about how video games would work with this, and decided that they actually wouldn't.
3. Between movies and TV shows, I want there to be some schedule for the order of them. But I also realize that I watch movies far more often than entire seasons of TV shows, and that a lot of people are probably the same on that. Therefore, for every month, I will select the last Tuesday to be for TV shows, and the rest will be movies.
I am sorry for failing this city (or whatever city you might live in) this week, but I will attempt to make more time for this in the future.
