why did Among Us blow up into popularity?

Idk but it's kinda sus.

All I know is I started playing it cause it sounded like Danganronpa at first.

Same way Minecraft did: Kids became obsessed.

No idea. I didn't even try Pokemon Go when it got popular/was about to.

Cause it's a fun game you can play with your pals, even the ones who aren't into games like that; kind of like jackbox. But the drama is a plus ;)

I suppose it has to do with good advertising and the right kind of audience in helping to raise its popularity just like with most cases !!!!
