How do you join a club page on Fanpop if your using a cellphone?

I already know how to do it on a computer. Just the cellphone internet does not show the green become a fan bar to press, like the computer does. Please help me. Pic is Hatsune Miku Vocaloid. And Anime Wallpaper.

I found out, i can just turn my phone into a Desktop style. like a computer screen
