What varieties of foods have you eaten, and which ones do you wish to try?

Chinese food is and forever will be the shit!

Along with:
Sea food (many MANY sushi bar visits)
Soul Food
Food Food

I'm an almost underweight food fanatic XD bless my fast metabolism.

Yummy - Donairs - love them. We have a place here that adds cheese and pepperoni - they call it a Super Donair.

What I would love to try - would be to actually make some of these lovely food items. I have tried some, but there are many I have not tried to make yet as I don't have recipes.
