Great to know that. Dedicating some of your time to this kind of Activity can bring some pretty positive effects. It has certainly helped me on a lot of occasions !!!!
I actually haven't really been feeling any emotions for the last few days. Maybe some VERY subdued ones here and there and a burst of pain during a party because it overloaded my senses, but mostly I have felt absolutely nothing about everything
I must say that I am feeling relaxed at the moment. Got to sleep earlier yesterday and woke up just as early today. It's morning. Other than that, a little bit of stressing since I will have to resume my studies for University and some other stuff pretty soon but nothing that much to ruin the Calmness I am feeling right now !!!!
