- Going to bed early (between 8pm and 11pm)
- Buying healthy food (ex. yogurt, peanuts, soups, fruit) instead of junk food
- Taking a shower at least once a day
- Exercising (I don't really do anything rigorous rn but I'm planning to start jogging once the weather is warmer)

Quite a few things. One that I could mention is Exercising. Since it has been already mentioned, I'll be more specific and talk about the Practice of Martial Arts. It can benefit both Mind and Body and also improve your Mood in overall. It offers you Peace, Discipline and Contentment as you progress. There are various cases where that factor played an important part in the prolonging of one's Life. In the end, it is not only about training your Body but your Spirit as well. They are a way of Life !!!!
