It probably means that you are going to avert yourself from your present reality and seek a World of your own. Stop caring about your surroundings and get lost in your own thoughts and desires. I guess, a means of escape. Anyone could interpret it in a few other ways as well !!!!

Bruh thats not what it means. "I'm going to eyeroll myself into another dimension" means said person is being sarcastic and eyerolling so much in disgust.
