In Underheaven, everyone is free. There is no gun violence because everyone's a soldier. You only fight when it is a time of war. No illegal immigration because we're underground. We all have jobs/roles regardless of anything. Criminals will be punished to full extent of the law. Prostitution is legal and so is Marijuana. We have advanced technologies here as well as anything your heart desires.
