So I was a bit depressed today (For reasons) so I made myself some microwave yakisoba, witch is my comfort food, and it got me wondering what is other people's comfort food.

Any kind of pasta.
Noodle soup, mac and cheese, cannelloni, penne pasta with parmesan cheese... god I'm hungry now.

Or my other favourite is chocolate.

But tbh, when I'm really down or having a really bad day of anxiety, I can't eat anything at all.
