What are you doing to get ready for Christmas?

I know this is early, and people start getting ready for Christmas earlier each year.. But, what are you doing to get ready for Christmas at the moment? I'm not doing much, just making some Christmas games. The tree will probably not go up until December, and normal people probably don't get ready until December.. How about you?
