To unfan someone you click on the list of people you're a fan of, find the person, and click the red x next to their username.

To block you need to wait for them to inbox you; open the message and there should be a 'block future messages' option.

No problem I have it closed off to people who I haven't added; which is the only way from preventing the people you blocked from being able to comment on your wall. Plus it helps prevent spam. I added you so you can post now. ^_^
