I'm actually quite interested in Indian culture as it's something that I'm not overly familiar with. There's a lot of aspects of it that seem interesting, like henna and the various religions and cultures that have spawned there. I'm also surprisingly interested in the music from the area. I've stumbled upon quite a few artists from India and I've really liked it overall.
Overall it's something that I'd like to learn more about sometime. Maybe even go there.

Well, I don't much, really. However, I do like Indian food - it's damned delicious.

As a teenager, I'd go to my bff's and her stepmom would make Indian food and I remembered really liking it. I haven't had any since. At least I don't think I have. I may make some myself though.

Indian culture has to be among my favourites, if not my favourite. I was in love with it before I even went to India for a holiday, which lived up to – surpassed, actually – my high expectations. I was there for a week and only went to Delhi and Agra (ie. Taj Mahal), but it was absolutely magnificent. The architecture was beautiful and the people very friendly. Everything was colourful. My dad took 4000 photos in 7 days, lol. Best holiday I've ever been on.

The cuisine is amazing. Definitely my favourite type of food along with Thai and Japanese. Other cuisines are bland in comparison. I can't imagine how boring an Indian must find Western-style nuggets and chips xD

The clothing is amazing, too. I have a few artifacts stowed away in wardrobe, photographed below- my beloved black & floral salwar kameez (I used to wear it out with jeans before I realised it's probs cultural appropriation, lol... Hey, I was like 12) and my blue sari, which I put on my friend. NOTE MY FANTASTIC SARI-TYING SKILLS xD

It was honestly life-changing, and that ain't a word I use lightly. Overseas travel is amazing in itself, but India is by FAR the best destination I’ve ever been to. It costs quite a bit to to travel internationally but India is sooooo worth it. Would strongly, strongly recommend.
