Since now is Christmas, who is your favorite Cyromancer/Ice User in fictions?

There are a lot of ice users I like:

Jin Kisaragi (BlazBlue)
Sub-Zero (Mortal Kombat)
Mr. Freeze (Batman)
Several Ice-type Pokemon like Cloyster and Lapras.

But my favorite ice user is Kula Diamond from King of Fighters series. I'm so glad she's confirmed for KOF XIV.
