I hate books that are assigned over summer. I like reading but when Im told I have to and I have a deadline, I always put it off till the last week and panic that whole last week.
I have mixed feelings about humans evolving in using technology for everything.
My school is moving everything online, and I'm not so sure about it. I mean, hard copies are useful sometimes. We can't just throw away the tangible and rely on computers. Computers aren't trustworthy the whole time. They break, they lag, they lose internet, they get viruses. If we have the hard copy of the thing we need in front of us, then we don't have to worry about that. I mean, non-digital things have their faults, too, but we shouldn't rely entirely on technology.
I'm a huge fan of the classics, but I think Tangled is the only one of the new generation of Disney movies that stands up to the same standard as the greats before it, even better than some.
