Well, to actually ANSWER the question, probably dog or cat. I know that makes me sound like a huge monster, but you can't knock it till you try it. I'd at least like to know how they taste before going "Omg the Japanese are literal monsters, they eat CATS."
But other than that, probably duck, venison, or goose.

I really don't want to try others like deer or rabbits and stuff but if I had to choose one it would be duck.
I'm more used to eating beef, chicken, turkey and pork.
