Go to the fanpop home page, look on the right. there should be a green button that says create club. ^-^

You're entire account doesn't get deleted just the club.....unless people report you instead of the club I suppose...

Trust me, I've been on here longer so I know more than you about this and the same thing has happened to that club if it's a duplicate.
