Get some tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt & pepper. Whisk together the cilantro, lime juice & olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Then combine the dressing and the avocados, tomatoes & onions. It's super yummy!
Garbanzo beans
Lettuce&tomatoes (mixed up together with some lemon and salt)

Red pepper, salt and lemon juice (as a salad too) I really love this one :D
Or you could take an avocado and blend it with some almond milk until it's pudding like. Then take some very strong coffee with honey or sugar. And eat them together.
It sounds weird but I really like it so you could try it.
