What's so bad about Frollo and his damn hellfire?

He killed Quasi's mother, he arrested the gypsy, and then he tried to kill them both.

He's a killer . . . Which makes him a villain . . . So yeah.
But hellfire is a pretty damn cool villain song.

Frollo had disgusting ideas when he was singing hellfire. He was also cruel and mean.
