Why are people so scared of Creepypasta?

As others have already said it could trigger them. To other people they might not be cool,hot,or adorable. But just plain old scary. I,myself,was creeped out by Jeff when I read the story.

Some people are very easily triggered by anything that scares them. I have a friend who, no matter how many Halloweens we watch them together, and no matter how many stupid jokes we make about it, is always deathly afraid when watching the Paranormal Activity movies. If you find them hot or adorable, that's your opinion on them; some people just don't like horror, gore, psychological, etc. genres. Those are common genres of Creepypastas ergo they're scared of them.

For me personally some are scary and some aren't.

I'm a very paranoid person and yes, some of them do trigger it. I've been kept up at night do to it. Even though I know they aren't real (much like horror movies) my mind still seems to blow it out of proportion if that makes sense.

That said, I don't yell at people or freak out at them for posting creepypastas. For instance if you posted a picture of smile dog (per say) and it freaked me out it's my own damn fault for clicking it.

Well, some people scare easily then others. And seeing as though theirs creepypasta's that are supposivley supposed to drive you insane and kill yourself, that may be another reason their so scared. And another thing, there are some creepypasta's that scare me. For example: Dead Bart scares the Bageezus out of me.

Some people think they are scarwy cause some people find this type of stuff to be scarwy. It's your opiniony if they are hotty or adorby or cooly. I onwy wead 1 creepypasty and foundy ity finy. Butt others mighty findy thaty weirdy. Do you get what I'm saiyan?

The only story I know is Slender Man. I am the type of person to find these horror stories amusing but ridiculous so I do not get scared of them.
