Favorite Camping trip memories?

I'm pretty excited because I'm taking a few friends camping soon, so I wanted to hear some fun camping stories/memories.

Not very fun... really scary actually. My dad, my older brother and I were at some camp spot in Utah and it had this lake that you could rent boats in and go fishing and stuff, and when we were on the small boat, a thunderstorm come up and it was raining and really foggy. Well, wasn't it so lucky that our camp area was the only one COVERED IN FOG! Well we are all alive and, well, we laugh now.

well thanks for the comforting story xD I'll be sure to pray for no rain while we're making memories together

Probably shouldn't. After all it was raining all day every day down there so my dad probably didn't check the weather. Well hope you have an enjoyable camping trip!

The closest I've been to camping is staying at lake houses as a child and I must say it was extremely boring when I wasn't swimming in the lake.

My dad, my Friends and I got to climb down this cliff type thing that was nearly parallel, and at the bottom was a lake with a huge waterfall at the end. So we got to put on life jackets, swim to the other side, and swim under the waterfall. Words cannot describe how awesomely epic it was.

And we also got to go on this trip where a tour guide took us through a huge underground cave, and at the end of the cave we took a boat ride through the largest underground lake in America. (Or maybe it wasn't the biggest, don't judge mah memory!)

Both of those things happened in Tennessee. I have alot more great memories, but those are the ones that stand out the most.

I honestly do not really have any, unless girl scout camp counts but that's the closest I've ever been to real camping. When I go with my parents we have a pop up, running water, electricity, and AC. Next year will prove interesting tho cause a fanpopper from UK is gonna live with me and my fam for a few weeks and we are taking her camping.
