Would you read a story like this?
What would you do if the world was supposed to have the same opinions...but you didn’t?
You see, everything’s connected. Everyone thinks alike, and nobody gets into any fights. There’s hardly a clash in opinions.
Until you get an Outsider involved.
Blake Jackson thought she was the only one. Typically, when you’re born, a nurse injects a seed inside you, that grew as you did. It implanted in your brain the same ideas every other person’s ever had; everything’s going good. Nobody’s an enemy; the President is perfect.
But it doesn’t work on some children. Typically, they’re taken from their families. Never seen after that.
Blake’s different. And she knows it.
What she doesn’t know is there’s others out there like her. Planning to stop the nonsense people are calling “normal”.
All she needs to do is find them.
