How do you get a dedicated medal in a fan club?

You have to contribute to the club, like adding videos and photos

you have to post images(photos,icons,wallpapers,fan art) as well as videos to earn medals.There are 4 colors of medals: green,yellow,red,and orange.Orange is the highest medal.

You just need to contribute a lot. Comments, images, videos, it all counts. It's easier to earn medals on spots with lots of active users as people need to fan or favorite or comment on your stuff to earn the medal.

But quite honestly it's all random, I actually received a medal on the Christmas spot in June (I hadn't been active there in months).

Well first of all you have to submit a lot of pictures, polls, quiz questions, links, videos, and all that stuff.
The more you submit and answer things and comment and be active the more your chances of getting a medal increase.

i dont really remember how i got mine. i think you post alot of pictures, videos, and comment on alot of stuff

You have to make many contributions to that site .

Well I have 2 or 3 dedicated medals so my advice is:
1.) Add photos and videos
2.) Ask & answer questions
3.) Make polls & answer other people's polls
4.) Post comments
5.) Write articles
6.) Submit links
