Random Question

Hotmail help?

My mom can log on to her hotmail, but she can't open her mail to actually read it. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

Mine does that all the time, it's just being slow, you can wait for a bit then come back or refresh the page a few times or keep clicking it. =P
