Some advice please?

Okay, so I have this friend. we have been friends for abut 3 years. The first two were good but now she is starting to annoy me. I don't realy want to be friends with her any more but I don't want to tell her that. I'm pretty much the first "friend" she has ever had and she used to have depression in he past. She basiclly loves me. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be her friend any more but I don't want to hurt her. And her mom knows my mom and thinks we are cool and tells us to never lose touch with each other (because we're going to differnt high schools). What should I do?

Talk very less with her but stay with her and when she annoys you just kindly and softly speak that it annoys you but don't say it directly

Um... Be direct but soft. I don't think she'd like it iffy were keeping something from her. Also, try to say it in a way that won't make her all sad or angry or depressed.

If you want her behavior to change, you should talk to her. I'm sure she'll understand.
If you think she won't improve, tell her that you don't want to be her friend anymore. It's not like she's going to show up at your backyard with a chainsaw or anything, but if she does, you should seek psychiatrical help.
