Seriously, this is really annoying me! I look through tons of questions on how to make one!

Everybody says "go to the home page, scroll down till you see the words create fan club"

Well Guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT THERE!!!!!!!!!

So please stop telling me to click something that doesn't exist and give me a real answer!
