Are these body proportions realistic on a guy?

I am aware that the shoulders are narrow and the torso isn't very defined. That's how it's supposed to be

It's pretty good, to be honest. I suggest that you make a grid as a guideline(3 by 3, squares). You draw the head in the middle and the shoulders should fill up the squares on the left and right. What you did is quite all right, but I think the shoulders should be a bit more broad. Other than that I think it's OK.
