What will happen if Pinocchio said, "My nose will grow now."?

You see, If he said it would grow, and it didn't, it still would because he was lying, but then he wouldn't be lying so it would shrink, but then it would grow bECAUSE HE WAS LYING. IT'S A PARADOX OKAY

"Oh you said 'NOSE'....Haha. Riiight~Whoops. My bad!"

His nose will fall off and everybody would die from the explosion because of it.

It would be complicated and annoying - I believe KeithHarkin already explained. I wish to add that, following the paradox, the dimension that Pinocchio lives in would literally be destroyed, or rather, destroy itself from within.

His nose would keep on growing and growing until it fell off causing the earth's core to detonate and blow up the universe
