I...get it......its about not careing and that your soo foucused on your self your touch with reality fades and while you sit there greedly eating away your troubels like nothing someone is suffering and you just watch them and dont help them and while they slowly get more and more problems you continue to watch beginging to regret not helping them and then while there laying in thehospital dieing you sit there wondering what went wrong untill they tell you "you had a choise to help me" MEANING HELP THOSE AROUND YOU WHO ARE SUFFERING DONT GET WOUND UP IN YOUR SELF THINK OF OTHERS
