Why are there only TWO genders on our planet?

I know it's a silly question, but...wouldn't it be cool if there were more than just two genders? I mean, we've had the same two genders for...ever. Can't there be a new gender? This is just some random thought that hit me...

Agreed. Hey just imagine if there were two EXTRA genders....the human race would be making kids even faster O_O Yeah...I think two genders is enough

also like Bond said there's hermaphrodites, which is the mix of both, mainly exists with creatures such as worms and some mollusk i think?
